Poker Assistant does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. This page explains what that means in practice and how to reach us.

What the app collects

Nothing. Poker Assistant has:

  • no user accounts or sign-in
  • no analytics, crash reporting or usage tracking
  • no advertising or advertising identifiers
  • no in-app purchases or subscriptions
  • no third-party software development kits that handle data
  • no network requests of any kind

The app does not ask for any device permissions. It does not access your camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts or any other personal information on your device.

What happens to what you enter

Everything you type or tap in the app, including the table setup, player names, your seat and the cards dealt, is held only in the app's memory while it is running. All odds and recommendations are calculated on your device. Nothing is written to permanent storage and nothing leaves your device. When you close the app, that information is gone.

Children

Poker Assistant is a poker odds calculator and is not directed at children. It carries an age rating of 12+ in the app stores because it depicts a card game played for stakes. It involves no real money and no gambling.

App store platforms

Apple and Google operate the stores you download the app from and handle your download and any crash reports under their own privacy policies and your device settings. We only ever see aggregated, anonymised statistics that those platforms choose to show developers, and only where you have opted in to sharing them.

If you contact us

If you email us for support, we use your name, email address and the contents of your message only to reply to you and to fix any problem you report. We keep support correspondence for up to 12 months and then delete it. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

Because the app holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. For support correspondence, you can ask us at any time to delete it, and you have the rights set out in UK data protection law, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above, and the app store listing will reflect the change before it ships.
